Offsite Events
Apr 16–Oct 20, 2025
Location
Tucson, AZPlanning an offsite reading, reception, or other event in Tucson, AZ during ALTA48 from November 5-8, 2025? We’ll be glad to list it in the ALTA48 schedule to help guide fellow attendees to your event!
Please keep in mind that our program book is edited, designed, and printed in the summer. That’s why the deadline to include an offsite event in the program book is July 30. After that, ALTA will not be able to list your event in the program book.
However, we invite you to share your event with us, even if it comes together later. We can include it on the ALTA48 calendar on our website! Please contact Program Director Kelsi Vanada with offsite event details.
We look forward to helping you spread the word about your event!
Deadline: 11:59pm Pacific Time on July 30, 2025
