☞ We publish three times a year: April, August and December. We publish English-language works in the categories of Fiction, Poetry, Translated Fiction, Translated Poetry, Essays, Visual Narratives, and Graphic Fiction. Our most recent issue is Issue 63 (opens in new tab) (April 2026). Our next issue (#64) will be published on August 15, 2026.

☞ We are open for submissions. Our reading period is from May 01-May 31, 2026. Please submit via the form.

☞ Translations: We welcome translated poetry (3-5 poems) and translated short fiction (2,000-5,000 words) in English. Each is considered a separate category. Please include a full citation for the original source. If you like, you may also include a translator’s note (here’s a good example (opens in new tab) of one).

☞ Self-Translations: We treat self-translated works as original works in English. In other words, please submit self-translations as original poetry or original fiction contributions.

☞ We offer an honorarium of INR 5,000 (five-thousand Indian rupees, approximately $60 USD, €45) per published contribution, contingent on such financial transfers being feasible (see the FAQs for details). You may also choose to waive the honorariums.
