Important Dates

• April 11: Information about signing up for spring pitch sessions will be emailed to current members on April 11 at 8:30am Pacific Time / 11:30am Eastern Time (please remember to check your promotions and spam folders). You will be able to sign up half an hour after that email goes out, when pitch session signups open at 9am Pacific Time / 12pm Eastern Time.

  • Sessions are all first-come, first-served, until all slots are filled.
  • Information about spring pitch session editors is available here 
• April 28: Deadline to sign up for one or two spring pitch sessions
• May 6-10: Spring pitch sessions are held
• August 13: Fall pitch session editors announced in our member newsletter
• August 22: Information about signing up for up to two pitch sessions will be emailed to current members on August 22 at 8:30am Pacific Time / 11:30am Eastern Time (please remember to check your promotions and spam folders). You will be able to sign up half an hour after that email goes out, when pitch session signups open at 9am Pacific Time / 12pm Eastern Time.
