ALTA is seeking expert readers for the 2016 National Translation Awards. We are looking for readers in the following languages:

Arabic | Bulgarian | Dutch | French | German | Italian | Japanese Portuguese | Romanian | Russian | Spanish | Swedish

Expert readers will be provided with a PDF only of the book to be evaluated, and reader reports must be delivered by July 22.
Per the NTA Policies and Procedures, to serve as an expert reader, a person must have expertise in the source language of the translation he/she is asked to assess, and have published at least one translated book.

Please email Aron Aji (aron-aji@uiowa.edu) by June 24 if you are interested, specifying the language and genre you translate from (i.e. Spanish Poetry).
