Diasporic Africa Press is a non-for-profit publisher of scholarly books about the African world. We value scholarship more than the bottom line or profit margins. As such, we are dedicated to meaningful ideas and projects from veterans and new scholars that help us deliver on our mission. As a service to humanity, we produce and disseminate global African stories laden with integral perspectives, and along the way, partner with the writers of these stories so as to provide high quality and informed scholarship for the global public. We bring untold, sometimes undervalued but always intelligent and well-written stories to you. In so doing, we aim to also feed a global lore that cannot exist without African-based ideas and their worldwide stories.
