Conference sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 8, 2019, and conclude at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 10, 2019. There is an opening reception at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2019. There is a closing reception on the evening of Sunday, November 10, 2019.

All presenters, including readers accepted to the Annual Alexis Levitin Bilingual Reading Series, must register for the conference. Registration includes admission to the ALTA bookfair, meetings, panels, readings, and public receptions for the duration of the conference period. Meals, lodging, and travel are not included. 

All conference registrations must be purchased online or onsite with a credit or debit card. Those who sign up for the student rate will be asked to present a valid student ID at registration. We do not accept checks or cash. Please also note that registration is non-refundable.
