In case you missed it: the American Literary Translators Association (ALTA) is excited to be hosting virtual events on literary translation topics through November 2022!

You can register for each individual event following the links on that page (or on our Eventbrite page, if you prefer), or purchase an All-Access Registration to be able to attend all events.

Events coming up this month (two of them are coming up next week!) are: 

• Roundtable: August 25, 10:00-11:15am Pacific Time: Literature isn’t a Tourist Guidebook: Translating Southeast Asian Lit, with Jeremy Tiang, Mui Poopoksakul, Tiffany Tsao
  Please note that if you want to participate (be an active part of the discussion) in this roundtable, you need to sign up by August 18!
  Only All-Access Registrants can sign up to be a participant. If you wish to be an audience member and listen to the conversation instead, you may purchase either an All-Access Registration or a single event ticket.    
  
• Panel: August 25, 4:00-5:15pm Pacific Time: Shared Book, Shared Values: A Collaboration View of Translation, with Jesse Lee Kercheval, Jeannine Marie Pitas, Silvia Guerra, Michelle Gil-Montero
