OnlineALTA’s Nominating Committee is accepting nominations or self-nominations through July 21, 2025 for our election to fill three At-Large Board Member seats.
Individuals interested in making nominations or self-nominations for ALTA’s Board of Directors are invited to join an information session!
Position Details
- An At-Large Board Member shall serve a term of three years (November 2025 – November 2028) and can be reelected or reappointed once.
- The elected Board Member will take on the responsibilities of a committee chair or other special duties, as determined by the President after the election in light of the Board’s needs and the Board Member’s qualifications and interests.
- Nomination and electoral processes for the board are governed by ALTA’s Bylaws.
- July 10: Virtual Information Session for interested Board candidates.
- July 21: Nominations close.
- August 11: Voting period opens.
- September 3: Voting period closes.
- September 16: Election results announced
- Newly elected officers joining the Board at the ALTA conference in Tucson on November 5.
